Return Policy

Because these heels are made to order I unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges. When you order a pair of my heels I make them in your specific size and the style you request. It would be difficult for me to sell these heels to anyone else because they are so specific. Thank you for understanding.

 

Shipping 

I use USPS priority shipping which is normally 1-3 days in the United States in addition to my turnaround time. Please Understand that once the package is in the possession of the post office I can no longer be responsible for lost or late deliveries.

 

Payment

Once your payment is complete and cleared I can start making your heels. Please understand that once I start making the heels the order cannot be canceled.
